Deliveries are made within 3 working days of the order

Shipping in Cyprus it cost € 5 for orders below € 30 and it ‘s Free of charge for orders over € 30.

Greece

Shipping in Greece is cost € 25 per order door to door by ACS Courier in city limits , in other areas out of limit of ACS you can pick up your order at the nearest ACS point.

Delivery in other countries except Greece the cost it is calculate base on the country and the package. You can send us an email to calculate your cost before ordering. The delivery it’s made from ACS Courier.

Our Distribution centers does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. Due to global impact of Covid-19, your order may run into unexpected delays, for which we accept no liability of any sort or form.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
